SNEAK PEEK: Chicago's Festive Green River!!

We're in Chicago this weekend looking for more exciting new product at the International Houswares Show. This is our second trip to Chicago this winter and it proves to always be fun whether the river is green or not!

Local interests for St. Patrick's Day festivities are many in the area, check out this website for a complete detailed listing of events. If that's not enough, check out Jennifer Webb's blog for more ideas!

In Lexington & surrounding areas however, our water is known for being blue! Check out Blue Water Area Convention & Vistors Bureau for "blue coast" ideas up and down the shore. There's always something to do, just add water!

Ugh, will it ever end??? Winter continues on in Lexington but the good news is lake levels are going up! More good news for boaters, the Lexington Harbor entrance is scheduled to be dredged between April 15 and May 15. Yeah!

Another sign of spring, WEEKENDS bricks & motar store will open for the season, Saturday, April 12 at 10 A.M. Remember this is also the start of our annual spring sale, with savings of 20-50% off. Get a head start on-line, of course not everything is shown but we will be passing along these savings.
